Clearwire and Peralta disputed a 2.5 GHz spectrum lease in 2006
In September 2006, Clearwire and Peralta Community College were reported to be in dispute over a lease for 2.5 GHz spectrum that Clearwire intended to use for wireless broadband.
Two accounts of one termination
